WORLD-CLASS FACILITIES & CAPABILITIES

TSF operates two specialized foundry units and a dedicated machining subsidiary, providing a seamless transition from liquid metal to finished, ready-to-install components.

Foundry No. 1: Heavy Casting & Structural Steel

• Process: Advanced Sand Casting.
• Melting Capacity: Equipped with three furnaces, including an 8-ton Arc furnace and double induction furnaces (3 & 7 tons).
• Heat Treatment: 11 specialized furnaces with capacities up to 7m x 3m x 2m, allowing for precise metallurgical control of massive components.

Foundry No. 2: Precision & Heat Resistance

• Process: Specialized Ceramic Mould Casting (Replicast technology).
• Melting Capacity: 1-ton Induction furnace focused on high-alloy and heat-resistant grades.

Rueen Sath Tabarestan Co. (Subsidiary)

Located immediately adjacent to the foundry, our specialized machining and hard-facing company provides high-precision finishing and surface engineering, ensuring that all 10,000 kg components meet exact dimensional tolerances.

MATERIAL MASTERY

We cast a wide array of specialized materials tailored for impact, heat, and abrasion resistance:

• Steels: Carbon & Low Alloy, High Chromium, Manganese, and Heat Resistant Steels.
• Cast Irons: High Chromium and Ni-Hard cast iron.

CORE PRODUCT SPECIALIZATIONS

A. Lurgi Pallet Car Units

TSF is unique in its ability to produce over 60 distinct components in-house, from ASTM A217 Center Parts to forged Mo40 wheels hardened to 50HRC.

B. Grate-Kiln (Traveling Grate) Technology

As the first domestic pioneer in Iran, TSF manufactures mission-critical chain castings and grate plates. Our parts are proven to extend master chain replacement schedules by at least one year compared to OEM components.

C. Replicast Grate Bars

Using ceramic shell technology, we produce grate bars with superior surface quality and a precise 6mm airflow gap, optimizing both energy efficiency and operational longevity.

THE TSF QUALITY POLICY

Quality at TSF is an embedded process. Every critical component undergoes:

1. Strict Metallurgical Control: Real-time monitoring of every melt.
2. Advanced NDT: 100% inspection using Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MPI), and Liquid Penetrant (LPI) for all structural parts.
3. Tier-1 Sourcing: For external parts like bearings, we source exclusively from FAG or HKT.
